To visit, or not to visit, that is the question

Living in Birmingham and not visiting Stratford-upon-Avon is madness. Located only a short train journey away, the birthtown of the world famous William Shakespeare is a perfect place for a day trip.
First thing we did as we arrived was buying the Shakespeare's Birthplace ticket which grants admission to Hall's Croft, Nash's House and New Place. Tours were interactive, fun and they even had actors dressed up in the usual clothing of those days and acting out pieces of Shakespeare's work. As if that wasn't enough, the tickets are valid for the next 12 months, so you can come back for free! *or share with a friend* khem* not officially*
It's lovely to just walk around the town too - a picturesque traditional English town with small bakeries and sweet shops, cosy coffee shops, talented street musicians, ponds with ducks and much more adorableness. Perfect end for a perfect trip - local pub and a traditional English burger!
